Linshen Xie is an award-winning New York-based Architectural Designer, originally from Canton, China. He received his Master of Architecture degree from Cornell University, and Bachelor of Architecture degree from South China University of Technology. Linshen’s designs explore an extended role for architecture in the rapidly changing world by reflecting on culture, human experience, environment and technology. His Vertical Factories proposal won the 2ND place in Evolo Skyscrapers Competition 2017 and was named TOP 10 Towers of the year rounded up by Designboom. He also concentrated in historic environmental preservation study during undergraduate education and completed several researches on local historic buildings in China.
